This Geothermal project was for a two story home in Asheville, NC. 2 story home with no previous heat pump or
ducts.Electric base board heat was installed when the house was built with no AC. A new 2.5 ton Climatemaster unit was
installed with new duct work. 3 - 3.5" x 150' Vertical Boreholes w/ 1" x 155' Vertical Loops
Project Status: Completed 8/25/2011

This system should pay for itself in a short time as the homeowner stated her electric bills topped $600.00
per month.

The 1st borehole drilled with the 3/4" loop installed. The borehole will be grouted with the
grout pipe on the loop reel and the casing will be pulled.
Loop has been grouted and the casing has been removed.
